It was time lizzo got his own wax figure.
The “Truth Hurts” singer was feeling great on Jan. 31 when she unveiled her statue at Madame Tussauds wax museum in Las Vegas. As seen in a video posted to Twitter, Lizzo was in awe of how realistic the wax copy of her looked, so much so that she even jokingly tried to kiss him on the lips.
“Single handedly one of the scariest meta moments of my life,” he said. tweeted. “Thank you @MadameTussauds, now I know what a couple with Lizzo is like.”
On TikTok, the 34-year-old dubbed her doppelganger “WAX.”
“THEY THOUGHT IT WAS A PICTURE, HUH?!” she captioned a closeup video of his wax figure. “GOTCHU SUCKS AGAIN AAAAAAAHAHAHAHAHA.”
The statue, which is covered in the sparkly white dress inspired by Versace number Lizzo led the Grammy Awards 2020, took approximately six months to create by a London-based team of 20 artists, according to Madame Tussauds. Her entire look is completed with a faux fur shawl.
