FaZe Rug, or Brian Awadis, is a well-known American YouTube star and TikTok star. He gained popularity by creating and posting gaming videos, challenges, pranks and vlogs on YouTube.

He is also known as the co-owner of Faze Clan, an LA-based esports and entertainment organization. He is the most subscribed gamer on YouTube among other FaZe clan members.

Career

During his first year of college, he created a YouTube channel with his brother. By 2009, he only uploaded three videos, then stopped.

In 2012, he started his own channel and uploaded short clips of himself playing Call of Duty.

Rugg formed a gamer collective called Faze Clan in 2010 when he started making YouTube and games his career.

He played various games including Black Ops 2, Call of Duty and Counter Strike.

Rug also started making prank videos in December 2014. In October 2019, the YouTuber finally reached 1 million subscribers and three years later 10 million subscribers, earning him a diamond play button.
